Do you accept custom commissions?
Yes. Send us your references, how you'd like to use the piece, any sizing needs, and the look you have in mind. We'll talk through what's possible, the timing, and the price.
Are the pieces durable enough for conventions?
Items listed for convention use are finished for careful handling, travel, and photography. Wearable listings also include useful notes about fit, comfort, and care.
Can armor and helmets be sized?
Many wearable pieces can be planned around your measurements. Check the listing for guidance, or send us a message and we'll help you work out what we need.
How should items be cared for?
Keep pieces dry and away from long periods of heat. Store them on a stand or soft surface, and use a dry, soft cloth for dusting. Please don't scrub or soak painted finishes.
Are these affiliated with rights holders?
Unless a listing says otherwise, our items are fan-made or inspired collectibles. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any rights holder.
Can display-only pieces be worn?
Some display pieces aren't made to be worn. Each product page will tell you whether an item is wearable, display-only, or happy doing both.
Where do you ship?
Delivery options depend on the size of the item and where it's going. Bigger or more delicate pieces may need specially fitted packaging and tracked, insured delivery.
